This is when we'll discuss all your big and small ideas that we'll have our designers take a turn into functional layouts and visualizations.

We kick off with a conceptual design phase, using 2D and 3D modeling to map out the 'bones' of your project. This ensures every inch of your space is functional and feasible before we dive into the details. After we agree on the layout, we’ll walk through an initial cost estimate to ensure the project aligns with your budget. From there, we move into the immersive design phase. Where you can see every detail such as the material choices, colors, lighting, appliances, plants in lifelike 3d renders, videos and interactive walkthroughs. You won't have to guess what the final result looks like; you’ll have already seen it.

Before we dive into the fine details, we provide a transparent cost estimate based on your approved 2D/3D layout. This ensures our design vision aligns with your financial goals, giving us a solid foundation to move into final material selections with confidence.

This is where your vision becomes a digital reality. Using industry-leading render engines, we transform your approved layout into a high-fidelity 3D environment. You’ll see exactly how your new patio extension looks under evening lighting, how your new kitchen will fit into the flow of the rest of your home, what certain tile samples will look like next to eachother, etc. We don’t just show you pictures; we provide cinematic video tours and interactive walkthroughs so you can experience your project before a single board is cut.

We provide a comprehensive project quote based on the finalized design. This includes the estimated costs for all materials and the specialized trades we will coordinate to complete the job

We convert your 3D designs into precise, permit-ready construction sets. We coordinate with licensed engineers and your General Contractor to ensure all structural and code requirements are met, facilitating a smooth approval process with the building department.

Now it’s time to bring your vision to life. Our team moves into the Project Management phase. We act as your representative on-site, coordinating with licensed builders and specialized trades. By managing the schedule and technical questions, we ensure the 'Design Intent' is never lost during construction

Once the physical build is complete, we perform a final inspection to ensure the finished product matches the 3D vision. We advocate for you to ensure that every finish and fixture is exactly where it belongs.
